Contessamat SE 10.0654 - Zeiss Ikon - 1963 / 65
This one has already the nostalgic look of the sixties. I think size started to count or engineers were not so motivated to continue the compact design of previous decades. It is too big if we considers what it does. It has a coupled rangefinder and built in coupled light meter ! Yes that is what means the AUTO setting in the aperture ring. Pick one speed and it sets the correct aperture for you according to the film sensibility. Overall it is easy to use. The Color Pantar is nothing special but delivers good pictures at least at the level of modern point and shoot. No picture to show unfortunately. |
